New Bridge has secured a $4.3 million New Markets Tax Credit source loan as part of a $6.4 million NMTC project to acquire and rehabilitate a 43,500-square-foot building for its Workforce Campus. This first phase of “The Career District” will house the Central School of Practical Nursing and Youth Opportunities Unlimited, expanding trauma-informed workforce training for healthcare careers.
